1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to help you understand the relationship and agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”, “your”) and BodyLooks (hereinafter referred to as “our Application”, “we”, “our”). This Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for your use of the BodyLooks mobile application and any of its products or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application” or “Service”). For better service, please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application and related services.
2. Service Description
BodyLooks provides creative image editing services, including but not limited to:
Shaping (slimming waist, slimming abdomen, shoulder and neck adjustment, natural contour enhancement);
Facial retouching (precise editing of face shape, eyes, nose, and head proportions);
AI hairstyles and hair colors (trendy hairstyles and hair colors);
This application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
3. Facial Data
1) BodyLooks does not collect any facial data. The in-app body sculpting and facial enhancement features (such as fine-tuning face shape, eyes, or nose) are purely virtual editing performed locally on the user's device. We do not extract, collect, or retain any facial data, including facial landmarks, biometric information, or facial feature data, at any stage.
2) The original image is always stored locally on the user's device; the editing process does not extract or store any face-related data.
3) Because no facial data is collected, no data is shared with third parties.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted using your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You warrant that any images uploaded, edited, or shared through this application do not violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, portrait rights, and intellectual property rights).
You may not use this application for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or creating defamatory, offensive, or infringing content.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of this application without prior written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and software code) of this application belong to [BodyLooks]. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. By uploading images to this application, you grant [Developer/Company Name] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, and display such images, but only to provide and improve the services of this application. This license does not transfer ownership of your images, and you may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or account (subject to technical limitations).
6. AI Enhancement Disclaimer
AI-driven features (hairstyle/hair color try-on) are for virtual visual enhancement only. They do not represent real body changes or medical effects.
When using AI features:
● We do not collect any facial data.
● The image you select will be encrypted and transmitted to our secure servers for processing.
● Once processing is complete, the result will be sent back to your device.
● Neither the original nor the processed image is stored on our servers. The image will be deleted immediately after processing.
● We will not use your uploaded photos for AI training or data analysis, nor will we share them with any third parties.
● We use HTTPS secure transmission protocol to protect your data during transmission.
The effectiveness of AI features may vary depending on the quality, lighting, and content of the original image. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or specific results of any AI-enhanced edits.
You use AI features at your own risk. BodyLooks is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the edited results or any misuse of the edited content.
7. Privacy Compliance
Your use of this application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA and COPPA. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your information, including that all user images are stored solely on your device unless you choose to share them.
8. Termination
If you violate these terms, applicable laws, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe will harm the application ecosystem or other users, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to this application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your license to use this application will expire, and you must cease using all services.
9. Terms Modification
We may update these terms from time to time to comply with regulatory changes or application updates. We will notify you by posting the revised terms in the application or by email (if you provide). Your continued use of this application after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without limitation its conflict of laws principles.

12. Fees
By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay the quoted price at the time of purchase (“Fee”). We may calculate taxes payable on you based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all costs associated with using the purchased service (e.g., data charges and currency exchange fees). You will pay the Fee in the currency quoted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the applicable currency at any time, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, if we have set a specific period and fee for your use of the service, that fee will remain in effect for that period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, but you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited.
